Security Assessment

One of the first and most important foundational steps in developing a comprehensive security plan is to understand all elements of our client's environment. We complete our security assessment in an effective two step process. First, a full on-site walk through of your required location where our team will evaluate multiple security factors (i.e. CCTV, alarm systems, security personnel, emergency signage and equipment, and much more...) Secondly, a detailed questionnaire which we complete with you in order to better understand your specific operation and objectives (i.e. past incidents, current emergency plans and training, access control and loss prevention, as well as many other industry driven criteria). Following an analysis of this data we provide you with a full evaluation along with basic recommendations to improve your security posture and planning. 

Health & Safety Policy Development

 From standard operating procedures, emergency response plans, or crisis communication strategies; we are here to help you develop all of your policy and planning needs. There is no one-size fits all approach to successful and practical policy development. However, with our targeted risk and threat based approach our team is able to design custom plans which are tailored specifically to your commercial or residential safety needs. Training & Education
